Sound Sangha (Sangha is the Pali word for Community) is an open invitation to pause, listen, and connect—not just with music, but with the subtle rhythms of life itself. Together, we explore the interplay of sound and silence, presence and perception, deepening our awareness of both our inner and outer worlds.
Each session includes guided meditation, reflection, and shared exploration of sound and mindfulness. Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome to join this circle of listeners, where we slow down, tune in, and connect through the practice of deep listening.

Sound Sangha reminds us that pauses are not empty; they’re fertile. Silence can be a teacher. And even in stillness, we’re composing something sacred together.
“Listening as meditation is a doorway to the present moment. Sound exists only here, only now—when we listen deeply, we step fully into life, awake and alive to the unfolding now.“
— Michael Reiley
Experience a guided meditation with Michael, exploring Metta (Lovingkindness) through deep listening. Listening itself is an act of love—when we open “the ear of the heart” (St. Benedict), we cultivate kindness and connection through sound. By attuning to our inner and outer sonic landscape, we allow feelings of love and compassion to naturally arise.
